Fonda Balam is a new Mexican restaurant located in Toronto. It began as a pop-up serving only birria tacos, but with immense poppularity, there was demand for a restaurant. The brand was already conceptualized for the pop-up, thats when I came in, to develop it out, and help turn a pop-up, into a full blown restaurant!
